University Transit Program

The University’s Transit Program offers transportation discounts to full-time students using:

  • Metrorail / Metrobus
  • Tri-Rail
  • Miami-Dade “Park and Ride” Express Buses

College Easy Pass Discount

Full-time students can obtain a discounted College Easy Pass by following the steps below:

Availability:

  • Passes purchased between the 20th of each month are valid starting the 1st of the following month.
  • Passes purchased between the 1st and 10th of a month become active immediately.

Steps to Purchase:

  1. Download the Go Miami-Dade Transit mobile app from Google Play or the Apple App Store .
  2. Register using your @maufl.edu credentials.
  3. Purchase a monthly pass before the 10th of each month (available after 3 p.m.).
  4. Tap & Go! Use your app for quick entry on Metrorail and Metrobus.
