TBB Bank Enters into Sponsorship Agreement with Millennia Atlantic University

New School of Entrepreneurship Being Created

Doral, Fla. —The Peterson Institute for International Economics determined that Americans started 4.4 million businesses in 2020 during the height of the global pandemic. Millennia Atlantic University and TBB International Bank Corp. are partnering to foster that entrepreneurial spirit by creating the TBB Bank School of Entrepreneurship at MAU.

“During economic downturns, entrepreneurs are inspired to create their own paths to job security and financial stability,” noted Dr. Aristides Maza Duerto, president of Millennia Atlantic University. “We believe in the students’ potential and are pleased to be partnering with TBB Bank to ensure students have the tools they need to create a lasting impact on the business landscape.”

Students will present their business concept pitches to the bank for the opportunity to acquire seed money to launch their businesses.

”We are committed to supporting entrepreneurs,” said Fortunato Benacerraf, president of TBB International Bank Corp. “The opportunity to acquire business financing is a unique aspect of this program. We want to empower students to achieve excellence in their pursuits, and we are excited to work with Millennia Atlantic University on this initiative.”
