We are excited to announce that Millennia Atlantic University (MAU) will be participating in the prestigious 2024 USP College Fair & EduExpo! This inaugural event, in collaboration with Mayor Christi Fraga and the City of Doral, is scheduled for Saturday, February 1oth, 2024, from 9 AM to 4 PM at the Doral Cultural Arts Center. It promises to be an extraordinary opportunity for students, parents, and educators to engage with some of the most esteemed higher education institutions in the country.
What to Expect at the Fair
The USP College Fair & EduExpo, boasting a selective showcase of only 20 top higher education institutions, offers a unique platform for potential students from Doral and neighboring cities such as Hialeah, Miami Gardens, and Miami Lakes. These areas collectively have a dynamic high school population of over 27,000 students across 35 schools. In addition to university booths, the event will feature educational businesses, non-profit organizations, and a series of expert-led discussions on crucial topics like essay writing, financial aid, and student portfolio development.
MAU’s Special Features at the Fair
At the MAU booth, visitors will be treated to more than just information about our academic programs and campus life. We’re bringing a bit of MAU spirit to the fair with our unique offering – free popcorn for all visitors! It’s our way of saying ‘welcome’ to potential future members of the MAU family.
Furthermore, we’re excited to announce that our Head of Athletics will be giving a talk about MAU’s sports teams, particularly The Macaws – the first and only collegiate teams for the City of Doral. This is a must-attend for sports enthusiasts and aspiring athletes!
