Jorge Fajardo is a Colombian-born entrepreneur who immigrated to the United States at the age of seven. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Juris Doctorate from FIU College of Law, Jorge has built an impressive career in the finance and real estate sectors.
As the Co-Founder and CEO of KPI Capital Partners, Jorge spearheaded the company’s growth from a humble $1,000 investment to managing an 8-figure AUM real estate portfolio. This diverse portfolio includes real estate development projects, multi-family apartment buildings, and a vacation rental portfolio.
Beyond his role at KPI Capital Partners, Jorge is a published author and coach, dedicated to sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. He is committed to paying it forward by empowering aspiring real estate investors through his recently launched initiative, the Investro Den Academy, an education and mentorship program designed to guide individuals on their journey to success in the real estate industry.
