Our university continues to grow from its humble beginning as new academic programs and degrees are added. The faculty, staff and administration at MAU remain focused on helping our students realize their true potential.
In 2010 we marked an important milestone in our history as the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) officially accredited MAU to award associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degrees. MAU was also approved to grant financial aid for those who qualify, and the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) certified us to enroll non-immigrant alien students by authorizing us to issue I-20 forms.
During 2011 the university introduced new onsite programs and created continuing education courses, further securing the university’s standing as an international institution with a local focus, providing an expanded basis for long-term stability and demonstrating our continuing commitment to diversity. The year also saw our MBA program become available online, providing students with greater flexibility and far greater access to their coursework and instructors.
This year MAU moved into our new, larger and more sophisticated facility in the City of Doral, located just west of Miami. Our impressive new 13,000 square-foot campus promises the greatest benefits to our current and future students by providing additional classroom space, enhanced student services, and a larger library.
Looking ahead, Millennia Atlantic University will remain dedicated to student success, and continue to expand the variety availability of our online programs.
On behalf of the Millennia Atlantic University family, thank you for your interest. We look forward to welcoming you to our family, guiding you to discover your full potential and helping you succeed.
